Review & Giveaway: Natural Wooden Teether Toy from Little Alouette

Little Alouette is a family business that designs, crafts and tests quality wood toys from their home in Ohio.

Each product is made by hand. Their family workshop is usually filled with "cups of tea, laughing children, and disco music, so each product will come to you infused with love and bliss!"

Little Alouette crafts beautiful heirloom quality teethers, rattles, blocks, developmental toys and more. Their toys are made from locally sourced hardwoods and, if not felt unfinished, are finished only with certified organic flax seed oil.

Wooden toys, such as those made by Little Alouette are a beautiful and safe alternative to mass-produced plastic toys. These wooden toys do not contain any of the harmful chemicals that are found in plastics and are not finished with chemical paints.

Little Alouette was kind enough to send us their Gigi giraffe wooden teether to review.The teether arrived packaged and ready for gift giving along with a care instructions card.

Jonathan has enjoyed chomping on this giraffe as he's been breaking in molars. The shape of the giraffe make is perfect for getting those hard to reach spots towards the back of his mouth, without being small enough for him to choke on.

Emahry also likes playing with Gigi as simply a wooden giraffe for make believe play. This is definitely a toy that can grow with your children and then be passed down to the next generation.
