The kids and I took a trip to Goodwill this past week and scored some nice deals on a handful of books.
We spent just under $2.00 for all of these which makes me quite happy. Most of them will be added to our workbox themes (Bible, Numbers & Early Math Skills, and History) for this coming school year.
Titles: The Indescribable Gift, The Easter Story, How Many Hippos?, A Child Was Born, Someone Very Special, History for Little Pilgrims, and Barnyard Dance!.

I love thrifting but my boys don't! I went last week with my mom and got a bunch of games for the boys to play. Some that were brand new for $2 each! What a great place to do some great shopping! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the books!
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up! :)
Great finds! I'm always excited to get a good deal on books for the kiddos.
ReplyDeleteI got super lucky at Goodwill and found a Stokke Tripp Trapp for $9! I have lusted over that highchair for months, and I couldn't believe it! It was thrown in a pile of ugly furniture, and the cashier through it was a step stool.
ReplyDeleteSo jealous of the History For Little Pilgrims book. I've been eying that book for awhile, but I don't know enough about it to purchase it! What a find. :-)
ReplyDeleteOh! And our great deal of the week so stopping at a yard sale on the way out to dinner for our anniversary. We scored 6 pairs of boys pants for $3!
ReplyDeleteGreat job finding the History for Little Pilgrims book!! It is at the top of my want list! The Barnyard Dance is a great one too, it's one of our favorites :).
ReplyDeleteI love finding good books at a thrift store.
