Sweet Potato Fries (Serves 1)
1 small sweet potato, cut in strips
1 tsp olive oil
salt, pepper, & paprika to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, toss sweet potato strips with oil & seasonings.
Place strips on baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, shaking or turning half way through.
This recipe works for me!

ReplyDeleteI love sweet potato fries, I've made them at home before but they get a little too mushy. I see in your directions to turn them half-way through cooking -- that could be my missing key step! I'm so trying that next time I make these!

we tried these a while ago but i think we cut the fries too thick. we need tocut them thinner next time =) yours look yummy!
